Radin Residence

Radin Residence is probably the earliest new modern home that PMC has constructed. Although it was built in later 90s, nearly 15 years ago, many architectural details were still very current today. At that time, it was a challenge to achieve the aesthetics that the Architect had envisioned, as many building technologies weren’t as prevalent within the realm of residential construction. Windows and doors were dual glazed with mahogany wood, but customized by a small custom window shop, because no standard window manufacturers were able to fabricate the windows to suit the Architect’s design. Standing seam sheet metal was not only used at roof, but carried over to the entry façade of the building.
