Girod Residence

Girod Residence is one of earlier contemporary homes that Pete Moffat Construction had built. The home was a whole house remodel, stripped down to its framing shell, and refinished with aluminum windows with Kalwall insulating panels, stucco, and aluminum metal fascia treatment, giving the house a very clean and pristine exterior appearance. Interior of the house features a Bulthaup kitchen, wenge hardwood floor and classical stone and tile installations.

Project Highlights:
Powder coated steel
Glass stairs and landing
Stainless steel railings
Bulthaup Kitchen cabinets
Aluminum window and door systems
Architectural lighting sytem
Tankless water heaters
