California Modular Home

California Modular Home is a superb instance of sustainability with a twist. It was built with a combination of construction delivery methods: both site-built and prefabricated modules. Sections of the building were built off site in a prefabricated home factory. Meanwhile, our team built other parts of the building and installed site infrastructure, foundations, and atrium steel structure. Modules were then delivered and crane-lifted into place. The project incorporated many green building practices and received prominent green building certification recognition.

Project Highlights:
FSC certified wood
Grey water system
Photovoltaic panels
Green roofs
Recycled materials
High efficacy lighting
Water saving plumbing fixtures
Geothermal radiant heating & cooling
